Raingutter Regatta

Don't forget our Raingutter Regatta this Saturday. We wil be starting at 3 pm. Leaders will need to be there at 2 to set up the tracks. This year we will be running 3 race tracks. Each den was assigned different things to bring for food.
Tigers- Hot dog buns and chips
Wolves- Fruit cut up please
Bears- Dessert
Webelos 1- Hamburger buns and chips
Webelos 2- Lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions
I would also suggest that you bring a chair to sit in outside.

Blue & Gold

Our Blue & Gold Banquet is coming up on the 26th.  We will be having a Feller's Cake Bake, the rules are attached, and we will auction of the cakes after wards to help raise money for the pack.  This is a big even for us because we will be having a cross over to the troop from our Webelos 2 den.  Also you can invite all of your family and friends to come see this special event and to bid on your child's cake.  This is a pot luck meal that we will share with everyone.  We will start at 5 PM, cakes must be turned in by 4:45 PM.  Both our Webelos dens will be in charge of decorating, with Tigers, Wolves, & Bears on clean up.

Doughnuts

We started Monday night taking orders for sell doughnuts.  This is a pre-sale and the money needs to be turned in Monday 2-14. Cost is $5 each box.  There is an attached form to help you sell doughnuts.  You will pick up the doughnuts on the 19th.  This is to help pay for the God & Me, God & Family series we will be doing in March. The cost of this is $20 per boy but by selling 10 boxes of doughnuts it will only cost $5.  If you can't pre-sale your den leader will have a sign up sheet to sell on the corner, and each boy will need to work a 2 hr time slot.

Mobile Area Council 2010 Centennial Jubilee

Registration Information for all attending the Jubilee:
 
1.  Please try and carpool.  This will help to keep traffic to a minimum.
 
2. For all pre-registered participants, please be prepared to share your unit number with registration staff in order to expedite process.
 
3. For all unregistered participants, be prepared to pay by cash, check or credit card at the gate (if cash, correct amount is preferred).
 
4. You will receive your wristband, patch and program booklet for the weekend during the registration process.
 
5. You will be able to unload your vehicle and trailers at your campsite, but you will have to move your vehicle to the designated parking areas.
 
6. No vehicles are allowed to stay parked in campsite areas.
 
7. Our goal is to get everyone in the gate as quick and smooth as possible!  Please be proactive in helping us achieve this!

Bring your unit flag!!

 This is a reminder for each unit to bring their unit flag to the Friday night show of the Jubilee.  One scout (and parent if a cub) from each unit needs to be at the show 30 mins before the show starts in FULL class A uniform with their unit flag on a pole for the parade of units.

So you can participate in the Council Derbies that will be going on at the Centennial Jubilee at Battleship Park!
**REMINDER**  There will NOT be an opportunity to make these. So, don't forget to bring your own to participate.

There will be a Council wide trophy presented for EACH derby!!
